How do I qualify to become a dealer or distributor?
To become a dealer or distributor, you must submit a credit application. You will then be extended credit and wholesale pricing. Please call us if this is of interest – (781) 436-5941.
How do I join the next Helping Hand clinical user group?
We are always looking for industry professionals to help us with testing new products, identifying solutions needed in the Home Health Care field, and giving us feedback on our existing line of products.

Can I download product images or brand logos to include on our dealer website?
Visit the “Downloads” page to access our images for your websites or catalogs. You must be logged in to your “Wholesaler” account to access these.

How does shipping work?
For consumers, you will be charged shipping when you pay for the product. We use UPS and FedEx, and do not mark up the cost of shipping.
What are your hours of operations?
Our office hours are 8am to 4pm every day except holidays. If for some reason we do not pick up right away, you may leave a message and we will call you back to help you.
How do I track my order?
If you would like to know the status of your order, feel free to call (781)436-5941 and we can track your package!
What are my options for payment?
Consumers can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. After submission and approval of a Credit Application, Wholesalers will have the option of being billed so that they may pay by check.
What is your backorder policy?
We strive to fulfill all orders within 48 hours. However, occasionally we might run out of an item and have to place the order on hold. If this occurs, we will be in touch by phone or e-mail within 48 hours and discuss alternative products or partial shipment.
Can I have my products packaged for retail sale?
We provide the option for retail packaging for most of our items, but not all. The Wholesaler online ordering portal will give you the option to select “Retail” product numbers. Also mention that you’d like “Retail” packaging when ordering by phone or e-mail.
Can I add a friend to your mailing list?
Please do! If you know someone who could benefit from our Home Health Care Products, please send
them a link to our website or add their e-mail and contact information to our newsletter list.
